FOB (Free On Board)
Understanding FOB Shipping for Your Orders
When you place an order on our website, by default it is figured Free On Board (FOB). FOB is a worldwide Intercom term that delineates the moment at which ownership and responsibility for the goods shift between the buyer (that’s you) and the seller (that’s us).
FOB Origin:
- With this option it means that you, as the buyer, assume ownership and responsibility for the products as soon as they leave our facility in Fargo, North Dakota.
- This includes paying for and arranging the shipping. You have the freedom to select the carrier, method, and cost that align with your specific requirements.
- Rest assured, we will professionally palletize your order and load it onto the carrier’s truck at our Fargo facility, ensuring the goods are well-prepared for their journey to your destination.
Freight Quote Option

Don’t want to set up shipping yourself? That’s fine. We offer a comprehensive “freight quote” option to cater to your specific order size and destination.
How It Works:
- During checkout, enter your shipping address and contact information
- Select “Add Freight Quote” option (located below the “Credit card/debit card” option)
- We will receive your request and someone from our customer support team will promptly provide you with a customized shipping quote.
- Review the quote and if you choose to proceed, we’ll send you an invoice for your entire order, including shipping costs.
- Once payment is received, your order will move into production and we’ll handle the shipping arrangements to ensure your order reaches its destination securely.

Payment Processing
We want the payment process to be as smooth and transparent as possible. When your payment is processed will depend upon which shipping option you choose.
For FOB Orders:
- By default all orders are figured as FOB during checkout. With this option the payment process is straightforward. You’ll be prompted to submit your credit card information, and once confirmed, your order immediately moves into production.
- This seamless process allows for swift handling of your order, with production commencing right away to ensure timely delivery.
- You will be responsible for arranging and payment of freight costs
- We will palletize your order and load it onto your carrier truck
For Orders with Freight Quotes:
- When you submit a “Add Freight Quote” request your order is not placed at this stage. We receive your request and will provide you with a shipping quote based on your order’s specifics and destination.
- To accept the quote, you’ll receive an invoice from us. Payment for the entire order, including shipping costs, can be easily completed by credit card.
- Once we receive your payment, your order moves into production. This approach ensures that your order is only processed when you’ve reviewed and accepted the shipping costs.
